Shipping policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within three business days after we receive a payment confirmation from our payment processor. This confirmation may take a few hours or even a day depending on the payment method.

  • Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. We use a standard shipping rate table that considers the package weight and the distance it needs to travel to reach you. This ensures you are charged a fair and accurate shipping fee for your order.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • International Shipping: We currently only ship within the United States.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package's journey.

  • Item Delivered:  If the item is showing delivered but you cant find your package.  You need to contact your local post office for help with finding package or filing a claim for the package.  We are not responsible for Porch Pirates or theives of missing packages.
